Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know that my middle son, Mitchell, has a 5th grade fundraiser going on right now, and he would really appreciate any help you can give him!
He gets 2 things out of it…
1) He gets rewarded with prizes based on the # of purchases made
AND
2) He is raising the much needed school funds to cover costs associated with the 5th grade Science labs for the year along with anything extra towards the planned field trips.
NBC is presently taking a poll to see if Americans want the words “In God We Trust” to be removed from the American currency. Please send this to everyone you know so they can vote on this important subject. Please do it right away, before NBC takes this off their web page. Poll is still open so you can vote…

I received an email with this picture of this Army soldier in Iraq with his tiny ‘plot’ of grass in front of his tent.
It’s heartwarming!
Here is a soldier stationed in Iraq, stationed in a big sand box.
He asked his wife to send him dirt ( U.S. soil), fertilizer, and some grass seed so that he can have the sweet aroma, and feel the grass grow beneath his feet.
When the men of the squadron have a mission that they are going on, they take turns walking through the grass and the American soil — to bring them good luck.
If you notice, he is even cutting the grass with a pair of a scissors.
Sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don’t stop and think about the little things that we take for granted.
Upon receiving this, say a little prayer for our soldiers that give and give (and give up) so unselfishly for us.
Hey as an FYI, I setup a Halloween site where I am adding Halloween articles, tips, games ideas and such. Also have some Discount coupon banner links so if you are going to possibly be buying any costume or supply stuff for Halloween would you mind clicking through one my BuyCostumes.com banners located on the site here…?
By doing so I earn a small commission of a few dollars on the Halloween stuff you were going to purchase anyway… thanks!
Anyhow be sure to go on to NBC.com and YouTube and find some trailers for “Community” along with some videos of Dan.
By the way he was the “Butt Dialer guy” from the T-Mobile commercial, in a McDonald’s commercial, and just recently was one of the main actors in the “Road Trip: Beer Pong” movie that just came out on DVD.
Show some love to NBC and the whole cast of “Community”…
Wow, this is an amazing video that another Online friend had posted on the Warrior Forum blog that I stumbled across tonight.
The first few minutes of the video share the importance of setting goals for yourself… for your life… Goals that are focused on what YOUR DREAMS ARE! Dreams that help S-T-R-E-T-C-H you and your thinking and your actions to new heights.
Why be mediocre when you can have a life of Excellence? Its awesome…
Then the second half of the video is the story of the 1977 Gold medalist and the Russian Olympians story of searching for that “feeling” of being a champion over the course of FOUR OLYMPICS… amazing video.
Take 15 minutes and watch, observe, and take notes!
Thousands of people have lost their jobs, their homes and saddest of all, their hope. It’s hard to remain positive when it seems like the whole world is crashing down around you.
But what you DON’T hear on the news everyday is that there are just as many people out there who are THRIVING in this recession!
One perfect example is a good friend of mine who became a hermit for the last 8 months putting a new marketing strategy to the test.
I don’t want to go into too much detail here, but I will tell you that he recently paid off his house after making a whopping $230,000 in profit since January 2009! Yep, $230,000 in the toughest climate for years. I’m not sure if he even knows that we’re in a recession!
And he did it with zero previous experience in the field, just a hunch and some determination. But here’s what makes it even more amazing…
He completely outsourced most of the work and never once left his house!
Even better… he’s documented his entire process in a new comprehensive course. Now you can copy his exact steps and see the same outrageous results.
You get everything you need to get started right now. I guarantee, you’ve never seen anything like this…
I read this in an email I had received and this soooo fit me.
I bet if you’re honest with yourself you find yourself doing this too!
Here is the funny story:
“I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I will waste 90 minutes shiftly glancing around to confirm everyone is laughing at the right parts…
…then make sure I laugh just a little bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I’m still the only one who really, really gets it!”
LMAO… some movies this comes to mind to that I would do this with–off the top of my head?
“Much is written in poetic praise of motherhood.
Little is written in that vein of fatherhood.
The father is generally regarded as a kind of
noble but weary beast of burden, silently
enduring the tedium of providing for his family.
Of the rewards of fatherhood almost nothing
is said. Yet I suspect that the most gigantic of
all human joys are experienced by fathers.” by Joseph A. Breig Father Means Love by Hallmark
